Karnataka-Andhra Lalit Kala Academy announces Soundarya awards

The Karnataka-Andhra Lalit Kala Academy has announced the Soundarya Awards to honour actress Soundarya who died in a tragic plane crash when engaged in BJP poll activities. She is still remembered by thousands of her fans and the people of the South film industry. The Academy has introduced the Soundarya awards; Sneha from the Southern film industry is the first prestigious winner of this award, to be presented to her in Bellary district, Karnataka on 2nd April.
