Work for Sultan, the animation movie featuring a character resembling Superstar Rajinikanth is going on in full swing.
Set in the times of kings and queens, the animated Sultan, a Rajni look-alike, is a king. Hence you can expect quite a bit of battle scenes where the king shows his fighting prowess. In order to mirror Rajni’s stunt style, stunt sequences are first enacted by him in a studio, then filmed, and then the same are imitated by the animated Sultan for the movie.
The first part of the film was made in Belgium. Rajni was there and some scenes were filmed then. Next month, the work for Sultan will take continue at Chennai. Another 20 days of shooting with the Superstar remain. It is also said that Rajni will himself dub for Sultan!
This unique animation movie venture, headed by the Superstar’s daughter Soundarya, will hit screens next year.
