Keeping up with the trend of remix songs, Srikanth Deva has incorporated a remix of the old dance number 'Oh Rasikkum Seemaane Vaa' in Perumal.
Perumal has Sundar C. along with Namitha and Meenakshi of Karuppasamy Kuthagaitharar fame in the lead. Sundar C. plays the role of an unassuming young man in the village. The film has Vivek in a significant character.
The movie is progressing at a fast pace and the crew will be shortly flying off to Mauritius and Malaysia for three song sequences. Perumal is directed by Vincent Selva.
