Telugu hit Khatarnak will be available in Tamil shortly. It is being dubbed in Tamil and will be released pretty soon with the title Vathiyaaramma. By this, we will all get to see the sultry Ileana in Tamil on the big screen again. Ileana stole everyone’s heart when she appeared in KD, which is the only Tamil film she has acted in.
Khatarnak did stunning business in Andhra Pradesh. It was a high-budget movie, made with 15 crores of rupees. It collected double the investment in a short span. The film is about a school-dropout henchman working for a syndicate of criminals who – in order to gain entry into police and plant himself as an informer for the syndicate – joins a school to complete his education. There, he falls in love with a teacher and turns over a new leaf. Ravi Teja did the role of the henchman and Ileana played his teacher. The film became a milestone in both of actors’ careers.
In the Tamil dubbed version, songs have been penned by M. Mehta, Pirakudan, and Jairavi. P.N. Saminath is producing this film under the banner of V.C.K Filmland Private Ltd. V.C. Guganathan has written the dialogues.
Ileana is very famous for her glamour in South. The film's success is yet another example of that. Ravi Teja’s gimmicks and sense of humour are very good rib-ticklers.
