The audio release of K.R.K. Cine Creations Pvt. Ltd.'s Tharagu took place in the weekend. Producers' Council President Ramanarayanan was the chief guest. The movie is directed by Kalanidhi and the music is by Bharani. The first copy of the Audio CD was released by Suhasini Maniratnam which was received by Narayanan, 7th Channel Producer.
Other guests who graced the occasion were Thiru S. Vijayan, Head, South Indian film Workers Union, Thiru Ibrahim Ravuthar, Ravuthar films, Chennai, Thiru Azhagan Tamilmani, producer, comedian Vyapuri and many other film and media personnel.
The Audio Release function as such was preceded by a fashion show with some of Chennai’s budding models doing the catwalk.
