Directtor Adhiyaman and the Thoondil crew are working relentlessly on the movie’s post-production work. The director is keen on releasing the movie for Diwali. While on one hand, the movie’s post-production is being done at Soundharya Rajinikanth’s studio, and at the same time, Adhiyaman is processing a request for its Hindi remake!
Shemaroo, producer of Omkara, has spoken to Adhiyaman expressing his interest in remaking the movie for Bollywood. Once Thoondil is out, Adhiyaman will have to start all over again, but with a whole new crew, in a whole new language. Vivek Oberoi may do the lead, he says. He’s already started doing the maths! Will Thoondil’s performance down south, determine whether the Hindi version gets made?
