Vineeth suffered a minor injury while shooting for a scene for Uliyin Osai.
The scene, a prelude to a song sequence, had Vineeth chiselling a sculpture for which heroine Keerthi Chawla was the model. During the course of the scene, a piece of rock struck his left eye.
The shooting resumed after an hour, after Vineeth was treated by the physician on location.
Uliyin Osai, based on a script by Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi, is directed by Ilavenil and cinematography is by Kannan.
