The Vellitherai team has taken pains to make their product stand out in Kollywood. The technical team includes some of the very best in the business. Music by the young G.V. Prakash Kumar is topping the charts and the talk is now on the look and feel of the movie.
Almost everyone who has seen the promos are awestruck about the sleek look of the film. The credit goes to cinematographers K.V. Guhan and Paneerselvam, who have made the film visually stunning.
Normally, one doesn’t see two cinematographers working in tandem on the same film. Vellitherai seems to be an exception. The unit opted for two cinematographers as the story required two different visual looks. Now, the output is great and the cinematographers have blended their visuals, which are of contrasting styles, into the movie beautifully.
One highlight is the climax, which was shot with 9 cameras at a huge theatre in Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad. The crew have filmed the scene with 360 degrees motion, taking the climax to breathtaking levels.
