Chennai 600028 was an unexpected super hit from debutante director Venkat Prabhu. What was expected to be a rather ordinary movie with relatively new players in the lead, turned out to be a runaway success. And now Venkat is getting set for his next film.
Venkat’s next project is called Ezhu. The hero of the film will be Telugu director Godhandarama Reddy’s son and Venkat wanted Kamal’s daughter Shruti to play the lady lead. But it seems the pretty lady said that she was not interested in movies and turned down the offer!
So now Venkat is on the look out for his heroine. Who will it be this time?
