Kuruvi, starring Vijay and Trisha, produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin under Red Giant Movies’ banner features Vidyasagar’s songs that are sure chart-busters.
The music album launch held at the Little Flower convent, Chennai had many notables including Vikram who released the first Kuruvi album to Vishal.
Speaking at the launch, Vikram said, “The sure-fire elements of Dharani, Vijay, Trisha, Vidyasagar will electrify the audiences. Vidyasagar’s tunes are great, with ‘Mozhu, Mozhu’ song sure to climb to No. 1 spot. He has even sung a song which is sure to melt us all."
“Dharani, Vidyasaagar and myself gave a hit with Ghilli and we are sure Kuruvi will be a hit too. Udhayanidhi and myself started off on a professional footing, now our relationship is quite close,” said Ilayathalapathy.
“My whole family has been connected with movies in one way or another. Though I hadn’t thought about entering the field, watching Ghilli I was tempted. The credit for introducing me to the cine field should go to Vijay,” stated the producer.
Dharani confirmed that Kuruvi had turned out well and Vijay had put in his best efforts to make Kuruvi a smash hit.
Many leading lights of Kollywood attended the audio launch including Asin, Vivek, Trisha and many more.
