Arjun started his career as a child artiste in Tamil films. His first Tamil film was Nanri. he has acted in Tamil and Telugu films. He then went on to film direction and production. His films Gentleman and Mudhalvan were very successful.
He is currently working in Bharathiraja's Bommalattam with Nana Patekar and Aruvadai with Sneha and Mammootty
