A wonderful story-teller, Bharathiraja's films portray real stories with lots of emotion and passion.
From his first film, 16 Vayathinile, he has given us wonderful characters and stories. Some of his famous works include Sigappu Rojakal, Nizhalgal, Mudhal Mariyadai and Vedham Pudhidhu.
He has also introduced many artistes like Bhagyaraj, Rati Agnihotri, Revathi, Karthik, Radikaa, Priyamani and many others.
He has made films in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Telugu.
He is currently working on his Hindi-Tamil bilingual Cinema / Bommalattam starring Arjun and Nana Patekar.
