Lachiyam is a new movie that is yet to be released and slated for Pongal in 2007. It is a different movie presented by Lawrence Raghavendra which will feature Prabhu Deva in lead role and the audio for this film was released at AVM studios on Friday.
A special screening for the songs of the movie was also held. Songs of the movie were different both in visual and hearing. The movie is a remake of the Telugu movie which was a hit movie.
The music for this movie has been handled Mani Sharma and has been produced at a cost of Rs 12 crores. The female lead role in this movie is played by Charmi, and Kamalinee Mukherjee.
