Shakthi comes from a different city in search of relative Giri Kaalan who runs a magic show in Theevu Kadal. As he is new to the place he enquires the way to reach Theevu Kadal to an auto driver. At that time a beautiful girl gets down from a bus, the auto driver points her out and asks him to follow her to find the place.
Meanwhile the girl notices the guys who are looking at her. She walks fast. As Shakthi follows her she increases her speed. At time her anklet falls down. Shakthi picks that and follows. This scene was shot for the movie Rendu. Madhavan, Reema Sen and Vadivelu are playing the roles of Shakthi, beautiful girl and Giri Kaalan respectively. Anuksha is playing the role of second heroine. This movie directed by Sundar C. and has music by Imman.
