Mananvan Ninaithal is produced by S.B.Gnanamozhi Murugan on behalf of Aathavan Creations, starring new face Rathish Kumar and Priyasri.
The story, dialogue, screenplay and direction is also handled by him. The responsibility of scoring the music rests on the able shoulders of V. Thashi who had won the Kerala State award for music direction in 2006.
