Suchitra Ramamurthy (popularly known as Mirchi Suchi of Chennai’s popular radio station Radio Mirchi) and Karthik of Evam fame are a newly wed couple! Their wedding took place on the 27th in Chennai and had a hip, star-studded reception yesterday, the 29th November.
Bubbly, sharp-witted Suchitra is the RJ for popular programmes like Hello Chennai and has also been the singing voice behind many a hit song in Tamil films. Just a few weeks ago, she also visited Galatta.com for a fun-filled online chat with her fans. Karthik has myriad talents – film, theatre, you name it – and can be seen very soon as Laila and Prasanna’s co-star in the refreshing Kanda Naal Mudhal.
