Mirugam, Director Samy’s new project started rolling at Madurai. Before this movie he directed the movie Uyir, which created lots of controversies. Its based on the true story occurred in Thiruvayur. The cast of the movie are Aathi as the hero, Padma priya, Kanja Karupu,Saya Ja Sendey, Illavarsu and so on. Mirugam, the title itself suggests the the story line; it is further revealed that the hero is a brutal heartless character who even ruthlessly kills a pregnant lady in a horrifying manner, which will make the audiences shudder.
Mirugam is produced by Karthik Jai under the banner Kathikjai Movies Pvt Limited, Music tunes are composed by Subash Murali and lyrics by Na.Muthukumar. Cinematography is by Ramnath Shetty, Thotta Tharani plays with art in this movie.
