Mozhi, starring Prithviraj, Jyotika, Prakashraj, Swarnamalya celebrated its platinum jubilee recently.
U S Consul General David T. Hopper sent a personal letter of appreciation to Prakash Raj wishing him success. A special screening was arranged for him and for the staff and families of the Consulate general. He also wished Prakash Raj all successes for the screening of the film at the Cannes and in Los Angeles.
Mozhi is simply one of the nicest films to watch. It is a simple, pleasant and very real love story, but refreshingly avoids clichés and dripping sentiment in the ups and downs of the protagonists’ love stories.Each actor has done a brilliant job, and everyone’s role is very believable. Prakashraj, Prithviraj, Swarnamalaya and others have portrayed very real people and their performance is wonderful. Mozhi is a beautiful film about the language of love.
