Sathyaraj and Khushboo starrer Periyar has completed 50 days. The film is a biography on Periyar’s life and works. The film also stars Jyothirmayi and Manorama in important roles.
Periyar is directed by Gnanarajasekaran, who has also penned the screenplay and dialogues. Produced under the banner of Liberty Creations Limited, the film has music by Vidyasagar and lyrics by Vairamuthu.
