Superstar Rajinikanth is riding high on the success of Sivaji. But his feet are firmly on the ground. In this moment of success, Rajni met his mentor S.P. Muthuraman, a key person behind his superstardom.
Muthuraman was the director who gave him his larger-than-life image, and made him one of the most commercially successful stars of all times. He is also credited to have started the trend of punch lines for Rajni. Muthuraman, to his credit, has directed the superstar the maximum number of times - 25 films which include Aadu Puli Aatam, Marattu Kalai and films like Sri Raghavendra, which put the actor in a different league.
Muthuraman is also associated with Sivaji as its associate producer. Rajinikanth visited the director at his residence and not only spent time with the family, but also posed for pictures with the entire neighbourhood.
