Sheela has acted as sister to Jyotika and Suriya in the movies Dum Dum Dum and Nandha respectively. She has given wonderful performances in Ilavattam and Veerasamy.
Now she is acting in the movies Kanna Vettai and Cheena Thana 001 . In the movie Kanna Vettai, she is playing the role of Prakashraj's daughter.
Sheela will also play a role in the movie produced by Purijaganath which will be directed by Rajkumar of Mazhai fame.
Cheena Thana 001 is Malayalam remake. Sheela plays the role of Bhavana in the Tamil version of this movie.
