Reportedly, Simbu's Kettavan has been stopped for the time being. The film will be resumed next year.
In the mean time the actor will be focussing on completing Kaalai and starting his new film Silambattam in November. It is said that Shriya agreed to play the female lead in the film for an astronomical sum of money.
Silambattam will be the directorial debut of cinematographer Saravanan. The film will be produced by Lakshmi Movie Makers.
