Karan starrer Thee Nagar is releasing on 27th July.
The film is revolves around a college campus. The story highlights how a group of happy-go-lucky students are affected when one of them gets involved with the wrong side of the law.
Karan plays the role of Yamaha Murugan, who runs a tea stall, Udhayatara is making her debut in Tamil as Nadiya.
The film also stars Samiksha, Divya, Kaadhal Sukumar, Shanmugarajan, Scissor Manohar, Meera Krishnan, Fatima Babu, John Amritraj and others.
The film is directed by Thirumalai (original name: Yezhumalai), who has worked as assistant to director Subhash. Native of Tiruvallur, the director has assisted in Tamil as well as Hindi films.
The film has been given a "U" certificate.
