“No objection Certificate” plays an important part in the release of Imsai Arasan. Censor board was strong in its opinion. It says without that certificate it will not provide the permission for this movie to be released. Justice R.Sudhakar has adjourned this for June 13th. Simbudevan says “The movie should be released without that certificate”. Censor board has said it needs to discuss this matter with Central government. Will Imsai find the way out?
