It’s not her pet hobby! But in her upcoming movie Anthony Yaar with Shaam, fishing is her calling!
It’s quite hard to picture petite Mallika Kapoor on board a fisherman’s catamaran, throwing out her net hoping for a good catch! She quite openly admits that the whole idea was alien to her and she found it quite hard to wield the heavy net. It was Shaam and the director who helped her in such scenes.
Mallika has also acted in Puli Varudhu with Ramesh which is completed and ready for release. She had hoped that it would hit screens on Diwali, but it got delayed. The movie should be out soon, and Mallika is really eager about the reception it will get.
