South India's highly-acclaimed director-actor Sasikumar has recently rendered his voiceover for the prologue portions of director Nanda Periyasamy's Maathiyosi, being produced by P.S. Sekhar Reddy under the banner of PSRR Films.
The film stars four software engineers: Alex, Gopal, Visak and Harish in the lead roles and Shammu as the heroine. In fact, director Nandha Periyasamy was supposed to render the prologue portions, introducing the lead characters, but the filmmaker chose Sasikumar at the last minute, the producer said. Sasi did it without taking any fee for his service.
Notably, the makers of Maathiyosi have roped in yet another leading Tamil director Mysskin to croon the final song in this film. You may recollect that Mysskin has already sung on screen, the title song for his debut film Anjathe.
