Aishwarya Rai was all praise for superstar Rajinikanth. While speaking to reporters during the inauguration of a boutique in Gurgaon, Aishwarya Rai briefed the press about her experience working in Robot. Describing the experience of working with the superstar as brilliant and invigorating, the beautiful actress heaped praises upon Rajinikanth. She was in awe of his professionalism and his humility in particular. The actress said that working with Shankar is truly a learning experience.
The emerald-eyed beauty said that it was exciting to work with these two stalwarts. But she admitted that she had a hard time practising Tamil after 8 long years; Aishwarya Rai’s last Tamil film was Kandukonden Kandukonden in 2000.
But the svelte actress was tight-lipped on her upcoming project with Mani Ratnam. She said, “I am bound by ethics and cannot divulge much information on it except that the project will start 10 days from today.”
It is going to be a very busy year for Aishwarya Rai with her participation in Mani Ratnam’s bilingual and Shankar’s Robot. But director Shankar is making great adjustments in film schedules to give her adequate rest and time to work in Mani Ratnam’s film. Ace director Mani Ratnam too has promised Aishwarya leniency in schedules and breaks. Now, that should put a smile of relief on this beauty’s face.
