| Review |
With the name of the film mostly describing the film, Vikram has once again set to do the same genre as he played in Dhil. Vikram plays the role of a rustic youth pairing with the cute village belle Jothika. Reema Sen comes as a model and also a perky admirer of Vikram's well-built biceps. Vikram, the most courageous man and Jothika, the most educated girl from the village with her grandma comes to the city in order to find a solution for their village, Thaamaraikulam that is being polluted by a chemical industry. In their process of meeting the MLA, things go off the wall that a gangster pester Jothika and that's how Vikram comes to her rescue. As the gangster is in command of the MLA, this bravery act of Vikram bother's the MLA and thus drawing the valiant hero to fight and bring things to an end. The second half gives us a feeling of over violence with a bad musical background. Though the movie takes us through the usual twists with the villains and the hero's daring deeds, yet the story is chiselled as a good entertainer for Vikram's fans.

| Though
much is not known about the movie, this is yet another movie
to join the list of action movies with Jothika playing a village
belle and Reema Sen as a girl from the city. Director Dharani
who has already delivered his earlier action movie with Chiyaan
Vikram in "Dhil" was a run away success and so this
time also he knows to play it right. Having all the ingredients
for a good movie such as romance, action, sentiments and comedy,
the whole cast and crew is quite keyed up about this movie,
based on the story of a rogue played by the versatile actor
Chiyaan Vikram. |
