AVM's A Aa E Ee revolves around Kollywood's most contemporary and all-time favourite storyline - love. The movie deals with not just one, but two parallel tales of love set in different backgrounds.
One has Arvind Akash and Charanya Mohan in the village background. Heirs of two prominent families in the village and children of village headmen, mutual admiration and a close familiarity bring Arvind and Monica together. Though perfectly suited for marriage, their relationship does not progress to the wedding stage smoothly and successfully. Several caste issues, status discriminations and small-town politics tamper the relationship's strength and the lovers' tolerance.
Navdeep and Monica meet each other in the vast city. Well-educated, employed and independent, their interests and inclinations also coincide. When Navdeep and Monica decide to marry, so many unexpected problems surface and block the arrangement. To find an amicable solution, they postpone their wedding decision and focus on finding a solution to their problem. Do Arvind and Charanya marry? Do Navdeep and Monica marry? Do these youngsters meet and seek each other's help in solving their problems? Which wedding reaches the successful stage? Who sacrifices and what? What is the difference between the rustic and the slick city affair? Which couple is more audacious in achieving its goal?
Director Sabapathy Dakshinamurthy has given considerable importance and significance for family values and relationships while also highlighting the lovers' issue. Also, there is a lively undercurrent of comedy that will sugar-coat and present everything in A Aa E Ee in an appealing and light-hearted way. Watch the movie to know! Prabhu has taken up another challenging role for A Aa E Ee. Manorama, the comedy queen of Kollywood, plays a significant part. Vijay Antony of 'Nakka Mukka' fame has composed the music.
It is a comeback of sorts for producer AVM Kumaran. Aa Ee will be similar to yesteryear successful comedies Kadhalikka Neramillai and Ootty Varai Uravu in terms of presentation. The movie has Kanja Karuppu and V.M.C. Haneefa too in the cast. Shot in Tenkasi, Kuttralam, Ambasamudram, Manimutharu, Karaikudi, Thirumayam, and Salem, A Aa E Ee has a hearty treat to offer!
