Solli Adippaen is the debutant venture of Ramki. He has worked as the associate of S.A.Chandrasekaran. He has experience as an art director in more than 20 movies. Ramki says, “This movie’s story is different from the usual.”

 The leading comedy actor Vivek is making his debut as hero. Vivek says, “In this movie the hero won’t fight with 10 men at a time. But he is wise enough to tackle the situation”. Chaya Singh is playing the female lead role in this movie. Ramki says, “I felt Chaya Singh would suit the role of the heroine as she has done a character as a chirpy girl”.

This movie is expected to be a rip-tickling comedy with some message in it which will earn Vivek more fans from all age groups. Tejashree is also playing a meaty role in this movie. Ashish Vidyarthi is playing a negative role. The cast of this movie includes Delhi Ganesh, Chinni Jayanth, Mayilsamy, Aditya Shankar, Thara and Jaya Murali. 

 The shooting of this movie was at various places like Trichy, Chennai, Madurai, Bangalore, Yercaud and Thiruvanthapuram. Deva has composed six songs for this movie.

 S.K. Krishnakanth is producing this movie under the banner, Indian Theatre Production. It is to be noted that he has earlier produced the movie Thiruda Thirudi.
